BEING PART OF SOMEONE'S WELLNESS JOURNEY IN ANY WAY, BIG OR SMALL, IS A GIFT.

“What do you do…?” As a registered dietitian and diabetes educator, I use my expertise in food and nutrition science to educate, coach and empower individuals to meet their health goals and thrive. Over the last decade, I have worked with a diverse population of individuals, focusing on chronic disease management with significant emphasis in renal and diabetes care, but also general health and wellness, ie. weight management, aging and “gut issues”. I have experience in various settings including clinical, inpatient and outpatient care, private practice and academics and research.

Having worked one-on-one with clients for more than a decade has given me a deeper understanding of what individuals struggle with and what they need in order to be successful in their goals. I am committed to providing simple, sustainable, individualized and evidence-based strategies that are proven to produce lasting results.
